The title track. The Fast Life. It originally developed through a rhythmic motif idea video demo that I recorded before sleep one cozy October evening. You should watch the video. It’s glorious. This video spawned the Fast Life. We decided it would be a worthy title track because of its fast subdivisions, tricky rhythms, sick lines, and overall positive atmosphere. As well as being the most difficult song to play on the album, it truly encapsulates the concept of the album. Life moves fast. Get busy living or get busy dying. Welcome to the album!
